These terms explain purchases and use of the OnlyBlink store. Please read them together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund & Return policies.
01About the store
OnlyBlink sells sunglasses and eyewear through this website. Our business address and support phone number are listed below. Use the store for lawful personal shopping and provide accurate contact and delivery information.
02Product information
We aim to keep product photos, colour descriptions and prices accurate. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. Contact us before ordering if you need fit, dimensions or lens specifications. Product names or photographs do not by themselves establish a warranty, lens certification or brand authenticity guarantee beyond information expressly supplied for that product.
03Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The item price, delivery charge and total payable are displayed at checkout. Stock and prices may change before an order is submitted; the submitted order records the amount charged for that order. If an error or fulfilment issue is discovered, we will contact you rather than substitute goods or increase a submitted order total without your agreement.
04Orders and payment
Checkout displays the available payment choices: full COD, ₹99 UPI advance with balance on delivery, and full prepaid UPI when enabled. Any prepaid discount and final payable amount are shown before submission. UPI references are manually verified against the amount received before confirmation and dispatch; submitting a reference does not mark an order paid. Order confirmation records your request, and fulfilment remains subject to stock, correct delivery details and courier serviceability. We may contact you to confirm an order. We will notify you if an order cannot be fulfilled and arrange any refund due.
05Delivery
Shipping charges are shown before the order is submitted. Delivery depends on your address and courier serviceability. Read our Shipping Policy for details. If there is a delay or delivery problem, contact us with your order number.
06Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our Refund & Return Policy describes the 7-day return request window, exchanges, return arrangements and refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes your applicable consumer rights.
07Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the service or misuse another person’s information. Store content and product imagery may belong to OnlyBlink or their respective owners; do not reuse them without the relevant permission.
08Service, disputes and changes
We may maintain or update the website and correct errors. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections, and these terms do not restrict the forums or remedies available to you under law. Please contact our support team first if there is an issue. Updated terms apply to future use and orders; existing statutory rights remain unaffected.
