Your privacy matters. This policy explains how OnlyBlink uses information when you browse our store, contact us or place an order.
01Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, optional email address, mobile number, delivery address, city, state, PIN code, products, quantities and order amount. We may also keep messages you send to support and campaign parameters attached to your visit. Our hosting provider may process technical request logs for security and service operation.
02How we use your information
We use order details to fulfil and manage purchases, arrange delivery, handle returns and exchanges, answer questions, prevent misuse and maintain business records. The payment mode is shown at checkout. Full COD requires no advance. When UPI advance or full prepaid is enabled, we collect a UPI transaction reference for manual verification. Partial advance leaves a COD balance; full prepaid leaves no delivery payment after verification. This checkout does not collect payment-card details, UPI PINs or OTPs.
03Saved checkouts and reminders
When checkout recovery is enabled, we automatically save your bag and valid name, phone or email entered in the contact fields for checkout support, even if you do not place an order. No separate capture checkbox is required. We do not save unfinished delivery addresses. A checkout is considered abandoned after 30 minutes without activity. Depending on the store’s enabled reminder mode, we may send one email about a newly saved unfinished checkout, or offer an optional checkbox to request one reminder. Automatic mode applies only to new checkouts first captured after it is enabled; it does not record a customer opt-in. Old checkouts are not bulk-enabled. Reminder emails include a stop-reminders link. We retain a hashed email preference to honour that choice across future checkout reminders. At most one reminder is scheduled per checkout, with retries if sending fails. Completing an order or opting out stops future reminders. Secure bag links expire 7 days after activity, and captured checkout records are deleted after 30 days while the app runs. Recovery links show bag contents without displaying saved customer contact details.
04Optional virtual try-on
On supported sunglasses pages, you can choose a live camera or a local selfie for a front-view style preview. Camera access starts only after you choose it and allow your browser permission; no microphone is used. Face detection and frame alignment run on your device. We do not upload or save your camera frames, selfie or face landmarks, use them to identify you, or send them to advertising services. Closing the preview, stopping the camera, leaving the page or switching to the background stops the camera and clears the preview. The feature downloads face-detection software and model files from jsDelivr and Google when you start a camera or selfie preview; those providers receive ordinary connection information needed to serve the files, not your face image. You can shop without using try-on. The illustrated preview does not measure physical fit.
05Customer requests
Use the exchange or cancellation forms in our footer with your order number and registered mobile number. We match these details to your saved order, and retain your request type, reason, optional message, replacement preference and delivery date for customer support and dispute handling. Only authorised store administrators can review requests and internal notes. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel an order, approve an exchange or issue a refund. Request forms and confirmations do not send advertising or store-analytics events. Never include payment PINs, passwords or card details.
06Cookies and advertising choices
Essential session cookies keep your shopping bag working and protect forms and administrator sessions. Our advertising privacy mode is shown in the Advertising preferences section below. In automatic notice mode, configured Meta Pixel and Conversions API measurement runs unless you opt out. In opt-in mode, it waits for your affirmative choice. Automatic measurement is not recorded as consent. Advertising information and controls are provided on this Privacy Policy page, which is linked from our footer. You can turn advertising tracking off without affecting shopping or checkout. We respect saved opt-outs, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. A first-party preference cookie remembers your explicit choice for up to 90 days, with local storage as a backup. When tracking is permitted under the selected mode, ad click and browser identifiers are carried through your shopping session to the order event. Order diagnostics record the actual privacy basis and whether identifiers were present, without displaying the identifiers themselves.
07Store analytics
We measure visits using a pseudonymous identifier derived from your existing essential shopping session, page views, broad device and browser type, referring website and campaign tags. Visible storefront tabs send a heartbeat about every 25 seconds to estimate visitors active in the last 90 seconds. Visits end after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not store raw IP addresses, full user agents, contact details or private order and recovery URLs in analytics. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and exclude signed-in administrators and recognised bots. Raw analytics records are kept for up to 90 days, with deletion performed in batches while the app runs. A visitor represents a browser shopping session, not a verified person. Store analytics stays on our server and is separate from optional advertising tracking.
08Meta Pixel and Conversions API
If configured and permitted by your privacy choice and the displayed store mode, Meta Pixel sends browsing and checkout events such as pages viewed, products viewed, items added to a bag, checkout initiation and order placement. Event data includes product references, INR values and an order event identifier. If Conversions API is enabled, we also send events from our server under the displayed privacy mode and your choices. Order confirmation events may include normalized email and phone identifiers converted to SHA-256 hashes for matching; hashes are not anonymous. We do not send your name or delivery address. Meta may receive your IP address, browser user agent, advertising cookie identifiers and a hashed first-party browser identifier shared consistently with browser events. When advertising measurement is permitted, first-party Meta identifiers can be kept for up to 90 days to recognise returning browsers. Cart additions, checkout initiation and order placement can be sent directly from our server; browser and server copies use the same event IDs. Browser and server events share an event identifier to prevent double counting. Purchase means an order was placed, not that payment was collected. Queued server events are encrypted and removed after delivery; delivery records are retained for up to 30 days. Opting out stops future tracking and cancels unsent events; it cannot recall events already sent to Meta.
09Who receives information
Order information may be shared with delivery providers and service providers where necessary to operate the store or fulfil your request. Advertising data is shared with Meta under the displayed privacy mode and choices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address fraud and security incidents.
10Retention and security
We retain information for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations, and remove or anonymise it when no longer needed. We use access controls and technical safeguards; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
11Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to withdraw optional tracking consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved orders. Never send a password, OTP or payment PIN to our support team.

Advertising measurement runs automatically unless you opt out. We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ads and help personalise advertising. Automatic measurement is a store policy setting, not a record that you gave consent.
Turning this off stops future Meta tracking from this browser, clears its Meta identifiers and cancels unsent server events for this shopping session. Events already sent cannot be recalled. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
