02Dispatch and delivery
Orders are processed after delivery details and stock are checked. Dispatch and arrival estimates depend on your PIN code and courier availability; contact us for an estimate before ordering if timing is important. We will tell you about a known delay or serviceability issue.
03Address and delivery support
Enter a complete address, landmark, PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly to request an address correction before dispatch. If delivery fails, a parcel is missing or an item arrives damaged, contact support with your order number.
04Cash on delivery
COD availability is displayed at checkout. Keep the COD balance shown in your order ready for delivery. This is the full order total for full COD, or the remaining amount after a verified advance. For returns or cancellation, see our Refund & Return Policy.
